MARCO STEEL WIRE CABLE TRAY

Marco Steel Wire Cable Tray is made from direct drawn bright mild steel.
The tray is made from a 100mm by 50mm mesh grid design structure. Each length is produced to 3 metres in length.

Marco Steel Wire Cable Tray is available in the following finishes:

Electro Zinc Coating (EZ) to standard BSEN12329:2000

The Marco Electro Zinc Plate finish is recommended for use in interior installations where the atmosphere is noncorrosive. Marco EZ coated steel wire cable tray is coated to a thickness of between 5-12 microns.

Hot Dip Galvanising (HDG) to standard BSEN ISO1461:1999

The Marco Hot Dip Galvanised finish is recommended for exterior use and more aggressive atmospheres. Marco HDG tray is coated to a thickness of between 60-100 microns. White rust may appear on the surface of the tray wires without affecting its resistance to corrosion, this is due to the formation of zinc hydroxycarbonate.

Stainless Steel Grade 316 (SS) to standard BSEN 10088-2 AISI 316L

The Marco Stainless Steel finish is recommended for exterior and interior use in a range of atmospheric environments and is capable of withstanding a variety of corrosive conditions.

Powder Coated (PC) to standard BSEN 13438

The Marco Powder Coated finish is recommended for exterior and interior use in a range of atmospheric environments and is capable of withstanding a variety of corrosive conditions. It’s installation is also suggested for use in data centres.

The Stainless Steel Wire Cable Tray is suitable for a wide range of both interior and exterior uses, including atmospheric and marine environments where it is able to withstand a variety of corrosive conditions, with particularly high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride surroundings.
